This fossil fuel free, modern apartment building will be a presence on Riverside Avenue in Burlington, Vermont.  Natural materials, large expanses of glass, photovoltaic panels, and public amenities are just a few of the building’s features.  It will house 65 units, community gathering spaces, and provide access to recreation paths and public transportation.

237 Riverside is purposefully situated on a marginal site and takes advantage of potential views and connection with the surrounding community.
