Redstone Campus Burlington, VT

This renovation project included two existing nineteenth century stone halls on the University of Vermont’s Redstone campus:

Redstone Hall and Robinson Hall.

Redstone Hall, originally a mansion, had previously been converted into a dormitory and needed extensive renovation work. The building’s historic finishes were brought back to life and layers of previous substandard renovations were corrected.

Robinson Hall, originally a large horse stable, had previously been converted into open offices and needed new acoustically separate offices. These offices were designed at the same level of detail as the original building but with a contemporary twist.
