Drafter with Revit Experience

Gossens Bachman Architects, an award winning architectural design firm located in Montpelier, VT is seeking an Architectural Drafter with proficiency in Autodesk REVIT software.

Requisite skills and experience of a candidate: . 3 + years experience. . Ability to communicate effectively with design team. . Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the industry/profession. . Experience organizing & assembling construction documents. . Knowledge of International Building Codes and Energy Code Compliance. . Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit, ability to be Revit Mentor. . Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Sketch Up, MS Office Suite . High level of organization and attention to detail. . Ability to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines and other metrics. . Self-starter, motivated, takes initiative, has strong work ethic. . Ability to write and communicate in documents and email effectively. . Ability to work in a team environment, open office.
